One Week Course – £450

In addition to preparing a variety of recipes, we learn how to make traditional dishes such as Chicken and Leek pie, Syrup Sponge with homemade custard and of course the ‘Perfect Roast’.
In addition we look at menu planning, health and safety in the kitchen, cooking for larger numbers and provide helpful information for anyone wanting to work in the hospitality industry during a gap year.
There is a Student Survival Handbook to take home at the end of this course.
