We will give you an opportunity to cook simple, healthy and tasty dishes and come away with easy to use recipes and tips. Your confidence will grow with the knowledge that you can prepare quick and inexpensive meals.

A good start for those hoping to ‘do a Ski season’ which may involve catering for a group of people in a chalet
daily programme
A typical day would be as follows:
• 10.00am Registration and plan of action for the day
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, enjoying them for lunch
• Demonstration and prepare further dishes
• 3.30pm Finish, feeling full and satisfied at end of a hectic day!

£195 per 3 day week – 10.00am – 3.30pm
All ingredients, equipment, recipes will be provided you will just need to come along and enjoy yourself. You will be given your own Student Survival Handbook at the end of the course.
